Obituary

Charles Warren Franklin passed November 12, 2022. He was a resident of Brentwood, Maryland and was the husband of Emma Humphrey Franklin of Maryland and St. Paul's, North Carolina. Franklin was born April 14, 1945. Funeral services were held Friday December 2, 2022 at Queen Chapel United Methodist Church in Beltsville, Maryland. Interment was in the Maryland National Memorial Park in Laurel, Maryland. Announcement by McMillan Funeral Home of Lumberton, North Carolina.
