Cecilla Price Mack age 74 passed on April 22, 2022 at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. She was a native of Siler City, North Carolina, daughter of the late Odis Price and Arlene Mcintosh Price. After attendance at Atlantic Business College she was employed with the Federal Government with the Small Business Administration as a communication specialist where she retired after over 30 years of service in Washington, D.C.. She was the wife of Robert (Bob) Mack. Other survivors include one daughter, Sophila Jones of Bowie, Maryland, two sons, Robert Mack and Reginald Mack of Bowie, Maryland, three sisters, Mary Francis Sutton of Siler City, N.C. Alcine Pike of Bowie, Maryland, and Phyllis Hanner of Bear Creek, N.C., numerous grandchildren, one sister-in-law, Cora Mack Ashton of Washington, D.C., and the daughter-in-law of the late Elizabeth McMillan Mack of Washington, D.C. and of the Mack's Chapel and Panthersford Community of Red Springs, N.C.. Prior to locating in Washington, D.C. Cecilla received her early educational development in the public school system and became a graduate of Chatam High School where she was an extremely popular student having been a member of the high school chorus, a majorettee in the marching band, the lead role in numerous drama productions, and May Day Queen. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday May 16, 2022 at Largo Community Church in Bowie, Maryland. Family visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.. Interment will be in Fort Lincoln, Cemetery. Arrangements by McMillan Funeral Home of Lumberton, North Carolina.
